1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the af9999 platform, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and af9999. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform. af9999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms apply solely to adults residing in Bangladesh who are 18 years of age or older.
2. Account Registration & Security
To register on af9999, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each person may hold only one account; maintaining multiple accounts under the same identity is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) fully confidential and not to share them with any third party. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the af9999 support team immediately. af9999 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals until identity verification (KYC) has been completed. Providing false information during registration may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.
3. User Responsibilities
All users must conduct themselves honestly, responsibly, and in accordance with the law while using the af9999 platform. Any form of fraudulent activity, use of bots or automated software, system manipulation, or unauthorized access to another user's account is strictly prohibited. It is solely the user's responsibility to verify that online betting is legal in their area and to comply with all applicable local laws. Using af9999 for money laundering or the management of illicit funds is strictly prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement authorities. All bonuses and promotions must be used in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions; any attempt to claim bonuses fraudulently will result in account termination. 5. Payment & Transaction Information (BDT)
All financial transactions on af9999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). We support bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved mobile banking methods for deposits and withdrawals. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified on the platform and are subject to change. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days; however, payments may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed. If a deposit is made in error, please contact support immediately — af9999 will review and process the request at its discretion. Any transaction charges imposed by banks or mobile operators are the user's responsibility. af9999 reserves the right to temporarily hold payments on suspicious transactions pending investigation.
6. Limitation of Liability
The af9999 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and no guarantee of any specific outcome is made. af9999 is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors, server outages, internet issues, or third-party service failures. Betting inherently carries financial risk, and by using the platform, users are deemed to have accepted that risk knowingly. af9999 shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, special, or consequential damages. In any dispute or claim, af9999's total liability is limited to the amount deposited into the relevant account in the preceding 30 days. Force majeure events — including natural disasters, government restrictions, and cyberattacks — are considered beyond af9999's control, and no compensation will be provided in such cases.
7. Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Af9999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time and for any reason, particularly in cases of a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Accounts may be suspended during investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, misconduct, operation of multiple accounts, or inappropriate behavior. Upon account closure, any valid balance (if applicable and where no rule violations have occurred) will be refunded. Users may also voluntarily close their account by submitting a request to the support team. Inactive accounts (with no login activity for an extended period) may be automatically deactivated after a set period, and users will be notified in advance by email.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the af9999 platform — including logos, brand names, designs, software, text, graphics, databases, and other materials — is protected under af9999's exclusive intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or otherwise use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior authorization. Any issues with payment gateways or mobile banking providers must be resolved directly with the relevant provider.
